Absolutely the very best. Great food, amazing service, perfect. We went for my 60 ish Birthday in January. We are so impressed Best Birthday ever. Proper portions of exquisite food served by the best. Thank you so much Rake and Riddle. We will be back very soon.
We booked a table for 3 for 2pm on a Sunday. The Restaurant is down stairs and we were greeted with warm welcome and were taken to our table promptly. On Sunday, they only serve Sunday dinner, with a choice of 1-3 courses (9.95-15.95). The staff were attentive and friendly, took our orders on a tablet and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food arrived hot and beautifully presented. There were more than one servers, to ensure fast service. The beef dinner comes with Yorkshire pudding, but if you ask, can add Yorkshire pudding to other choices as well. Over all, all three of us were very satisfied with the food and service and would definitely come back again!
My new favourite - the sweet potato and chickpea burger. Scrummy. A tad overcooked, mind and, they could do with having a new speaker, as the one above our heads sounds like it's blown.
Excellent family pub especially upstairs bars. Good value pub food and great beers. However this is NOT a Chinese restaurant as described on Google!!!!!
Excellent Restaurant with great food. Friendly staff and it has one of the best beer gardens I've visited. Can't wait to revisit.
