Terible with booking and stuf,for one they can for others they couldn't.
As a practice they are good never failed to have been seen when needed. One of the younger female Drs is a little rude but nothing to bad. The surgery its self is a bit sad and could do with a bit of a refurb but your not there for the dcor so I guess it does not matter
I am discussted with the treatment I have received concerning my medication and the attitude of the reception staff sometimes. Plus I like to be able to talk to the GPS not feel uncomfortable when I walk in the room cos they are abrupt (Dr. Jones)
Absolutely appalled by the way I have been treated here. To ask a question once is fine but when repeatedly asked the same question and further statements are made around same subject even though an answer has been clearly given stating a loud and clear no is an unacceptable way to be treated by a doctor. Profiling is something police should be doin not Dr's. Assumptions and pre-formed opinions made on a persons appearance tells me all I need to know about the mentality and care that I can expect to receive here. Having had some very good long standing dealings with other surgeries and health care workers during my years of helping others get the care they deserved, I most definitely would not recommend this place especially to anyone who may be be brave enough to not need to fit in with the majority because you will be pre judged and your health care will definitely fall below the standard.
Always helpful staff. Just one thing...the waiting area could do with a refurb! Overall, no problems. Feel lucky to have such a great surgery on my doorstep.
